We are in search of a BanquetsAdministrator to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand GenevaResort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. We are hiring for aBanquet Administrator to provide administrative and project support tothe Banquet Management Team. What will you be doing? *Assists and/orhas complete responsibility for completing banquet checks,correspondence, forms, memorandums, Delphi management system updates,scheduling, payroll processes and other items as needed. *Answerstelephone and responds to caller inquiries. Exercises decision-makingskills to direct callers based on requests. Accurately records anddistributes messages. Communicates with other hotel associates to relaypertinent banquets related information. *Plans and executes variousspecial projects with the guidance of Banquet Management. *Organizes,files, distributes, faxes, and other essential functions necessary inthe daily department operation. *Acts as liaison with clients andguests in Manager\'s absence. *Performs other duties as assigned. Whatdo you bring to the role? *Good communication skills, both written andoral. *Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word. *Ability toinput data into a word processor. *Basic secretarial knowledge such asbusiness letters, formats, and telephone etiquette. *High schooldiploma.
