We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Account team in Los Angeles.

　　The 1000heads Account team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, and experts responsible for managing client relationships. In this role, you will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Creative, Insights, Relationships, andd Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.

　　Salary Range: $70k-80k

　　Role

　　We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful, and solutions-oriented account manager with strong communication and organizational skills. Playing equally significant internal and external roles, the successful candidate will join as an integral member of this high-profile team and will balance priorities cross-department to deliver high-quality work.

　　Responsibilities

　　Understand the clients’ needs and priorities; coordinate with cross-department leads to deliver project solutions to client satisfaction

　　Assist in creating project briefs and manage the development of strategies and creative ideas to meet client requirements; successfully pitch and present work to client

　　Effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects, maintain work back schedules, and project progress for client and cross-department tracking and ensure on-time delivery

　　Maintain budget trackers, produce accurate cost estimates, and ensure all billing is completed in-time and in accordance with client approvals

　　Assist with profiling, contracting, and briefing influencers

　　Organize and maintain a central database of account management and project materials

　　Analyze project performance and manage project reporting

　　Proactively and reactively resolve problems quickly and effectively

　　Report to and support the Account Director with account and project-specific tasks including status updates, project trackers, and client communications

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

　　Influencer program or talent management experience required

　　3-4 years of account handling or client-facing project management experience

　　Minimum of 1-2 years with a specific focus on working with social influencers or managing campaigns that have a social influencer component

　　An understanding of digital, social media and word of mouth is essential; how it works and the extent to which consumer conversation impacts major brands

　　Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity

　　Have an understanding of social media & digital and its impact on brand

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills

　　The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail

　　Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

　　Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
