JOB SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Representative is responsiblefor taking a pro-active approach to sales by developing existingaccounts and effectively managing their sales territory throughrelationship building and meeting the external customer\'s needs. Thekey focus is to grow an expansive portfolio of established customersacross the United States. This position reports to the Inside SalesSupervisor. This is a Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm shift. EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: Conducts sales calls via phone or in-personto develop and grow relationships with customers in order to achievechannel sales goals and program goals. Provides customers with programinformation, important updates, and guidance for growing their business.Assists customers with pricing and availability, order processing, andorder status. Resolves issues by working with the customer, territorysales team, and/or any pertinent internal departments. Uses in-depthknowledge of product application to assist customers in selectingproduct for their business. Provides customers with product detailsfeatures, benefits, competitive comparison. Assists with the promotionof new product launches. Guides customers to utilize tools available toconfirm correct product. Onboarding of new partners and participation inchannel programs Introduces customers to the Generac program and trainsthem to use Generac web portals.
