　　Job Summary:

　　Under the direction of a designated long term care staff member, the Resident Assistance is responsible for helping residents and their families with duties that do not require certification as a nurse aid.

　　Also provides assistance with medical record filing and transporting to storage. Contact the physician and establish a working relationship and initiates ongoing information exchange.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　High school diploma or equivalent preferred

　　Hours: Varied Shifts: Every other weekend, occasional holiday; PRN

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$17.00 - $20.50 per hour
