A local University located in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for a Client Support Tech to add to their growing team. This individual will field incoming tickets and calls from faculty and staff dealing with basic Windows, password resets, Active Directory, O365 software, etc. They work with Jira and Twilio for ticketing.
The role will be primarily remote with one week on-site required for training and then occasional days during scheduled tech bar shifts.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of technical support experience or equivalent schooling or internship experience
Strong experience with Windows OS
Experience with O365 and Active Directory
Knowledge of ticketing systems
Reliable transportation
