  Do you have an all-star talent for sales or customer service? Do you enjoy having a new scenery each day and NOT being stuck behind a desk? Are you passionate and motivated to exceed sales goals? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! This position will sell our services in a door-to-door manner within residential neighborhoods. You will take ownership of designated territories, acquire new leads, build relationships, and become a sales ambassador.

  - $3000 SIGN-ON BONUS*

  Base Pay + Commission

  What You Will Do:

  Sell Bluepeak services in assigned residential neighborhoods

  Build, manage, and grow relationships with a diverse client base

  Provide knowledge and sell Bluepeak services to customers

  Schedule installations for customers

  Meet weekly/monthly/annual sales goals and quotas

  Participate in continuous training regarding services and products our company offers

  What You Will Need:

  Valid Driver’s License and driving record that meets our insurance company standards is required (reliable transportation)

  Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to starting employment

  Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

  Driven and motivated to exceed sales goals

  Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude

  Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
