　　What you'll do.. .

　　Lead the creation, maintenance, and release Ford in-house tools that produce production AUTOSAR deliverables such as Software components, Network topology, Network communications (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), ECU Extracts, System extracts.

　　Build solutions for various tools to support vehicle architecture team workflows.

　　Ensure in-house tools, and automations are easily expandable, flexible and developed iteratively.

　　Ensure modern software approaches and CI/CD principles are applied to increase team efficiency

　　Expand knowledge in technical areas such as AUTOSAR or other future architectural models as needed to support customer development teams.

　　You'll Have:

　　Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience

　　2+ years of work experience software engineering, with a focus on Python development

　　Even better, you may have:

　　Master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Field

　　5+ years of work experience software engineering, with a focus on Python development

　　DevOps experience, including experience with DevOps tooling like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and JFrog.

　　Strong understanding of the Python ecosystem and open-source community

　　Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes

　　Willing to work in multiple languages alongside Python, including JavaScript and Typescript

　　What makes you stand out, but not required:

　　3+ years of work experience with AUTOSAR software.

　　2+ years of experience selecting, configuring, and maintaining a database

　　Knowledge and application of SOA principles in automotive.

　　Work experience in Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR generating ECU extracts; creating vehicle service specifications for automotive SOA framework; or working with automotive Ethernet.

　　Experience working in an Agile team using Jira for issue management tracking.

　　Work in collaboration with multiple partners and complete tasks per a release schedule

　　Experience leading complex software development activities using Python, C, Java, C++, and/or other languages

　　Previous tool or script development experience working with AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, and/or AUTOSAR XML (ARXML) formats.
