　　Trinity Solar is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, career-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Operations Associate must have a passion for the industry, company culture and be able to handle high volume tasks while adapting to industry changes.

　　Roles & Responsibilities

　　Compose contract pricing details and designs for our Direct Sales team.

　　Compose pre-sale contract pricing and design revisions.

　　Compose and process all post-sale contract pricing and design changes.

　　Review and process all sold contracts.

　　Update our database to reflect the sold contract details and all other pertinent information.

　　Review all supporting documentation and process it accordingly.

　　Process and follow up on all finance partner related tasks.

　　Follow up on all projects that may have missing items or information.

　　Follow up and respond to all forms of communication (emails, chatters, and phones)

　　Complete all job functionalities in a timely manner.

　　Effectively meet deadlines and goals

　　Responsible for retention of all department policies and procedures, including any changes that occur.

　　Qualifications & Experience

　　Must have a positive attitude.

　　Must have strong mathematical skills.

　　Must be dependable and reliable.

　　Must be able to work in a group setting and independently.

　　Must be self-motivated.

　　Must be extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.

　　Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

　　Must possess ability to grasp new concepts quickly and effectively.

　　Must be able to adapt quickly to frequent changes.

　　Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, and a team player.

　　Intermediate computer and technology skills.

　　Familiarity with Customer Relations Management systems is desirable but not required.
