Description:

　　The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating project schedules to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed parameters. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to optimize construction timelines, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

　　collaborate with PM to develop comprehensive project schedules that outline tasks, milestones, and critical paths. Incorporate input from from various project stakeholders.

　　Utilize Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to create and update schedules.

　　Evaluate resource requirements for each project phase and allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals.

　　regularly update and maintain the schedule to reflect actual progress and any deviations from original plan. Actively monitor and report critical path activities and potential schedule risks.

　　communicate updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders.

　　generate regular progress reports to PMs, leadership, and clients

　　work proactively to prevent and mitigate delays by collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
