About Stationary Engineer full time*

　　The Engineering Department on the Manhattan campus is seeking a full time Stationary Engineer to join our team! The work schedule is 4 pm to 12 am from Sunday to Thursday.

　　Job Summary:

　　Performs the duties necessary to operate and maintain boilers, chillers and other auxiliary equipment necessary for producing steam for heating, cooling and power for the entire building.

　　Performs periodic inspection of mechanical rooms to ensure proper operation of heat, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.

　　Check pressure/temperature gauges.

　　Assist in maintaining HVAC controls.

　　Perform corrective, routine and requisitioned repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing. systems.

　　Perform diversified duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Stationary Engineer license or certification required

　　Must have EPA certification for universal handling of refrigerants

　　Refrigeration license by FDNY

　　Certificate of fitness for boiler sprinkler standpipe pump, air compressor and piped exygen
