Sales Operations Analyst

Location: United States

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will :

Develop and deliver enablement content to sales teams globally on Oracle Food Beverage (FB) products, sales processes, and internal systems.

Maintain an updated repository of enablement content which can be accessed easily and intuitively.

Identify training needs proactively in support of new products, processes and sales forecasting.

Work closely with FB sales leaders to assess training needs and understand operational challenges.

Participate in global initiatives and maintain strong relationships with key Global Industry Unit groups.

Share best practices.

Develop a deep understanding of FB products.

Qualifications:

6+ years work experience in Sales or Business operations or Finance Business Partner roles.

Excellent interpersonal skills in English both spoken and written.

Comfortable delivering presentations and enablement material.

Ability to review complex processes and distill into simple frameworks and guidance for sales.

Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.

Service orientated and a great teammate!

Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.

Experience with systems used by Oracle Sales (e.g. Sales Cloud, SI, DAS, CPQ, etc.) is an advantage

US: Hiring Range: from $27.79 to $60.63 per hour; from $57,800 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
