　　Responsibilities

　　Bring clarity, create energy, and delivery business results

　　Collaborate across boundaries with Product, Engineering, customer & partnerteams to create compelling first-party integrations that demonstrate the value of our product in business processes and experiences

　　Lead the engineering workstreams – planning, architecture & design, develop & test, as well as operations & livesite

　　Be a role model and mentor for team members

　　Constantly learn and grow as an engineer and leader in the organization

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field. Previous experience with web services, storage, cloud computing, and large scale systems is a plus.

　　8+ years of experience with designing, implementing, debugging and launching commercial software products or web services

　　A strong collaborator - you can explain your work, ask good questions, listen to your peers & your customers, and you like to give and receive feedback.Willing to leverage and build on top of the work of others to quickly meet customers’ and engineers’ needs – including adopting standard cloud capabilities and toolsets

　　Experience in systems side of software development. Thorough understanding of computer science fundamentals, architecture, memory models, and algorithms design. Proven ability to design and create componentized, well-architected software which can scale.

　　Understand that it is not enough to write working code. It must also be well-designed, secure, easy to test, easy to monitor in the cloud, and easy to add to over time. Be part of the live site culture and drive data driven improvements to both product quality and engineering efficiency

　　Excellent knowledge of Java/JavaScript/C#/REST Services/C++ Customer obsession, passion for technology & strong analytical skills
