About Dental Marketing Events Coordinator

  The Marketing Events Coordinator supports the marketing and operations team in publicizing the company's services to prospective clients and to the general community. The Marketing Events Coordinator will perform marketing/tabling events at client locations to attract new business regularly and consistently while demonstrating knowledge of Onsite Dental's industry and services.

  In summary, the Marketing Events Coordinator will play a critical role in driving business growth and promoting Onsite Dental's services to potential clients through effective event coordination and communication.

  Role Accountability & Key Responsibilities

  The Marketing Coordinator is a traveling position through Northern California (Bay Area, Santa Cruz, Sacramento) and is responsible for supporting the region in all areas including but not limited to front office support, patient scheduling and onsite marketing.

  Coordinating and setting up marketing events at various client locations.

  Responsible for prioritizing, participating, and marketing at assigned locations while exhibiting professional flexibility and excellent organization skills.

  The Marketing Coordinator performs his/her duties with minimal oversight and assists in managing and guiding staff in related functional areas of Onsite Dental.

  Manages marketing inventory.

  Communicating effectively with clients and prospective new patients to explain our services and schedule appointments.

  Performs all administrative duties related to the execution of marketing events.

  Performs all other duties as assigned.

  Role Qualifications

  High School diploma or equivalent

  Dental office experience – front office or back office

  Knowledge with Microsoft Office

  Ability to solve problems by applying basic knowledge and performing independent research as applicable
