　　rrPosition Summary:

　　rThe position is responsible for maintaining clean and orderlyfacilities for students, faculty, staff and visitors. This positionresponds to customer requests and building emergencies as well asproviding organizational and operational support.

　　This is an essential position that will be called upon in the event ofan emergency and/or university closure.

　　Duties may include:

　　Performing basic cleaning, sanitization and trash collection in andaround residences halls and university buildingsAnswering radio calls and emailsSetting up for and supporting events and responding to othercustomer requestsMaintaining cleaning equipment and suppliesNotifying building occupants of cleaning and floor maintenanceschedulesMaintaining clean and clear walkways, ensuring they are free ofdebris, litter, snow and iceResponding to emergencies and assist other departments when neededto ensure optimum serviceEnsuring that assigned rooms and buildings are opened and locked asscheduledAssisting with training new employeesOther duties as assignedrrMinimum Qualifications:
