Sales Manager, Franchise Support & Training Closets by Design is looking for a Sales Support Manager to work with our franchise locations to help them succeed in various departments within their business. This position is fun, rewarding and provides an excellent opportunity for growth within our company.   Duties include: * Training Franchise Owners on areas of their business including call center operations, sales training for the design team, and sales management. * On-going coaching for Franchise locations to ensure they are following the model taught in the training provided. * Developing sales goals with Franchise owners and supporting them to reach the goals established. * Conduct field visits with franchisees, focused on improving sales, lead capturing, profitability, analyzing results, and planning for the future. * Conducting monthly webinar sessions on topics related to running their business * Creating and delivering training materials to enhance the support we provide. You may be the ideal candidate if your skills match the following criteria: * Excellent management and leadership skills. * Experience in a management capacity of sales, training or operations. * Strong personality and is able to communicate confidently and effectively with business owners about the operations of their company. * Enjoys sales & sales management and has experience coaching others on sales performance. * Past training experience is a plus. * Desire to learn and understand all aspects of running a business to help coach others how to improve their performance. * Self-directed leader requiring minimal supervision. * Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up. * Efficient in all Microsoft Office programs. * Enjoy traveling to visit Franchise Owners and help train within their facility.
