The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of revenuegoals through the implementation of both strategic and tactical salesactivities. The incumbent will develop, implement, and closely monitorsales strategy, field sales effectiveness, processes, and sales plans toachieve the growth and financial goals of the Foot and Ankle BusinessUnit. Duties and Responsibilities: The following are the primary dutiesand responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assignedto meet the business need. Based on overall business plan andunderstanding of accounts and territories, develops plans and setspriorities to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenuegoals. Attains quarterly and annual business plan, revenue, and grossprofit objectives. Performs sales analysis trending and tracking. Linksthe operations of the region\'s Sales department with key Marketinginternal resources to maximize overall business efficiency. Proactivelyidentifies, establishes and maintains strong relationships with keycustomers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Works with DJO employees,outside referral partners, and Distributor Partners in order to gainaccess in competitive accounts and grow organic business. Understandscustomer needs and establishes specific business plans and solutionsthat meet those needs (short and long term) while driving businessobjectives. Demonstrates proper use of products and communicates theCompany value proposition. Demonstrates commitment to the EnovisCompliance & Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the EnovisSales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and allsupporting and applicable regulations, policies and procedures. TreatsProtected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality inaccordance with HIPAA standards.
