　　The Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Sales & Events team.

　　Undergoing an exciting refurbishment this year, this is certainly the role for you to make a difference and be part of the new product. We are located in the heart of Bristol near Cabot Circus, and the destination of choice for business travellers and tourists alike.

　　Main Duties-

　　· Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).

　　· Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).

　　· Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.

　　· Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.

　　What do you need to apply?

　　· Previous experience within a sales office or similar environment preferable

　　· Strong administrative and interpersonal skills

　　· Keyboard skills and computer input

　　Salary £11.61 per hour plus quarterly bonus eligible!
