Job Description:
We are currently hiring for Manufacturing Associates. The primary responsibilities for the Manufacturing Associates is to learn all aspects of CNC Machining. Although machining is one of the primary responsibilities, candidates will be trained in all aspects of the production process. Other areas in which employees will be cross-trained include:
Machine Operation - Ability to follow detailed work instructions and operate basic hand tools
Quality Control or Metrology / Inspection - Follow instructions and operate inspection tools (Print reading a plus)
Hand finishing - Deburring = Ability to use hand tools to remove material from metal parts
Shipping/Receiving - Follow work instructions to receive, package and/or ship manufactured products
Qualifications:
Mechanically Inclined - Basic hand / power tools - On the job experience or hobbies such as working on cars, motorcycles, etc.
Willingness / Ability to be cross-trained in all aspects of the shop
Ability to follow written job orders and perform basic math
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm (optional 10 hours of overtime available each week)
Pay: Starting pay is $21/hr during training, however pay will be raised once training is complete at 6 months
