JOB REQUIREMENTS: General Summary: The Sales Director position isprimarily responsible for the profitable growth through, and managementof Flambeau\'s Contract Manufacturing Group outside salespeople. Thisposition is focused on the strategic business development of Flambeau\'sContract Manufacturing business, providing new solutions to customersand prospects to profitably grow revenue through closing additionalbusiness. This professional must utilize their selling / relationshipdevelopment skills and management / organizational capabilities toidentify opportunities to sell Flambeau solutions. The ideal candidatefor this position will possess a blend of skills requiring the abilityto effectively manage the business\' needs, working with customers, andeffectively managing other members of the Flambeau team to deliver newbusiness. In addition, this role acts as a conduit between the prospect,appropriate sales and technical personnel in Flambeau operating units toidentify, organize and focus the resources required to deliver the salessupport for customer relationships. Essential Duties: Oversight ofWeekly Sales Reports from salespeople Managing effectiveness ofassociated task file notes Managing effectiveness of planned tripsOversight of salespeople Target Prospect accounts Oversight ofsalespeople mileage reports and expense reports for effectivenessManagement of salespeople commissions - approval and oversight Developand manage efforts for Account Sales Plan for each account, startingwith SAM/KAM accounts, with salespeople Management of New BusinessPipeline - Utilize CRM system for tracking, upkeep and closing of highprobability opportunities Develop and manage salespeople PersonalImprovement Programs Assistance in realignment of salespeopleterritories Assistance in salespeople recruitment Other duties asassigned Education/Certification Requirements: BS or BA degree; MBA oradvanced degree desirable Experience & Skill Requirements: 5 - 7 yearsof hands-on experience selling into manufacturers with demonstrativeskills in managing a salesforce. * Consultative and strategicexperience. * Demonstrated track record of project management skills todeliver profitable results. Understanding of marketing-focusedoutsourced solutions. * Excellent presentation, negotiation andcommunication skills targeted to C-level audience. * Demonstratedcapability of developing needs-based proposals. * Excellentorganizational and planning skills. * Strong attention to detail andquality. * Self-motivated with minimum supervision required.
