Serve as the point-of-contact for sales opportunities and proposal development; assigning tasks and deadlines to appropriate resourcesPrepare submission-ready cover letters and offer summaries according to established guidelines and brand messagingSchedule and attend strategy calls and meetings related to assigned projectsEnsure all project-related documentation is complete and submitted according to established deadlines, providing follow-up as neededReview incoming documentation, maintaining notes, records and project updates within the Opportunity Management Center (OMC)Run reports within the Opportunity Management Center (OMC) and other internal platforms, analyzing and organizing data to display activity, trends and baselines. Develop reports, graphs, and presentations to supplement proposal creation and support sales strategyFor success in this role, you will:
Capably handle required administrative functionsVerify work to ensure accurate results, requiring minimal reworkFollow work instructions, procedures, company policies and established best practicesListen to others and freely express ideasBe internally motivated and devise workable solutions, consulting with secondary resources as neededHave a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course of study such as Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or similar discipline (required)Possess two or more years of sales administration, project management, or data analysis experienceHave experience creating RFP and proposal documents (strongly preferred)Have previous experience, and demonstrated success, working in relevant areas such as customer service, project management, deadline management, general sales support, and proposal creationPossess strong writing and proofreading skillsBe strongly proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPointHave the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
