Description

Robert Half is looking for a Sales Assistant to work for a luxury retail company in Beverly Hills. Your core responsibility will be to back up the busy sales team while maintaining a flawless customer experience throughout the 2024 holiday season. This is a contract position that will start immediately! We are looking for a commitment through the end of 2024, and there is a chance this role could go permanent for the right candidate. The pay range is $24/hr-$28/hr. Hours are 9:30am-6pm with a 30 minute lunch and parking is validated.

Core Responsibilities:

Ensure tasks are accomplished efficiently while delivering streamlined client support.

Provide top-notch service to our clients through timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.

Establish robust relationships with sales associates by understanding their needs and proactively offering aid.

Requirements:

Comfortable in a fast-paced setting, managing tasks efficiently.

A knack for providing outstanding service, forging relationships with clients, and meeting their needs with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teammates in order to achieve common goals and create a supportive and positive work atmosphere.

Willingness to learn new skills for success in this dynamic role.

Maintain a sophisticated and professional demeanor that aligns with the luxury environment of our retail space.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment will be advantageous.
