　　Your responsibilities as a Sales Assistant:

　　Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner-Answer phone calls and transfer calls or take messages as needed

　　-Work collaboratively with others

　　-Assist with quoting coverages and promoting company services

　　-Assist with social media efforts of organization

　　Providing administrative, technical and clerical support to internal team members

　　Composing correspondence and proofreading materials

　　-Room for growth and open to taking on more responsibilities

　　Requirements

　　Licensed in property/casualty/life/accident/health insurance or open to getting licensed in that area

　　Exceptional Customer Service skills

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Platforms

　　Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds

　　Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

　　Employer prefers a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field for this position

　　Superb social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors
