　　Lead a team to ensure the successful operation and ongoing enhancement of our operations technology platforms

　　Reporting to the Director Business Systems, this role will lead a team of business/system analysts in the support and development of the Property Management Digital teams operating platforms.

　　About the role;

　　Lead a small team of BA’s to ensure the successful operation and ongoing enhancement of our operations technology platforms, as well as leading the team in engagement with stakeholders to understand, translate and document their functional requirements into system requirements for development

　　Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritise the development pipeline in consideration of the business need and team capacity

　　Document system development and associated user guides in association with the training team, as well as coordinate and perform development testing as required.

　　Work with software developers to integrate our platform to customer’s platforms including 3rd party systems

　　Ensuring we have the right delivery channels, engage as required internally and externally to ensure we deliver to our development forecast

　　Acting as product owner for the business, liaise with internal and external product vendors to understand and maintain product roadmaps

　　About you:

　　Minimum 5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst

　　Demonstrable experience leading small teams

　　Working knowledge of SQL programming language

　　Demonstrated working knowledge of API integrations

　　Experience or exposure to Azure DevOps or associated team collaboration software

　　Understanding of, and experience with Agile project management methodology

　　Knowledge of commercial property management and accounting practices will be advantageous

　　Have previous experience with Facilities Management and CMMS software is desirable

　　Previous experience in financial services highly regarded
