　　About the Role:

　　The Maintenance Lead role at the Princeton location is responsible for the overall organization and planning of the maintenance activities on the assigned shift such as: preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, part management, work order management, and more. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Performing complex tasks using multiple tool types, maintaining various machine types, acquiring necessary parts, and managing work and log activities.

　　Gaining practical knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and continuous improvement tools and actively work with operations to apply knowledge as appropriate.

　　Operation of the maintenance computer system to fulfill various duties.

　　Prompt response to necessary maintenance request, scheduled or unscheduled, to ensure proper line operation.

　　Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role. Normal schedule is Monday through Friday. Overtime is mandatory when necessary. Shifts hours are typically as follows but are subject to change for business needs:

　　1st Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

　　2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm

　　3rd Shift: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am

　　About You:

　　High School Diploma/GED is required.

　　5 years’ experience in electrical troubleshooting, proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC controllers, strong mechanical aptitude, and strong organizational skills.

　　2 or more years of manufacturing and a working knowledge of mechanical and electrical is preferred.
