　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform machine set-up, machining, welding set-up, welding, sheet metal fabrication and extrusion, tube bending and fabrication tasks.

　　Perform composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks.

　　Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.

　　Assemble, repair, modify and install various power plants and drive trains.

　　Perform soldering on electronic and avionics products.

　　Assemble and install wire harnesses and avionics products.

　　Prepare test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to performvarious tests.

　　Perform basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation.

　　Apply routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements.

　　Work on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements.

　　Build the horizontal stabilizer 787

　　Perform composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks

　　Composite bagging and forming

　　Composite drilling and bonding

　　Tooling preparation

　　Machine set up and operation

　　Overhead crane operation

　　Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma/GED

　　Experience with hand tools

　　Good Attitude
