Route Service Sales Representative (4 day workweek & no weekends)Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Route Service SalesRepresentative (4-Day Workweek, No Weekends) to manage and grow customeraccounts in the Rental Division. RSSRs drive a Cintas vehicle along anestablished route and service and sell within an existing customer base.It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the RSSRdelivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning productsand other rental items. RSSRs are the face of Cintas to our customersand must work to build rapport with key decision makers, ensure qualitystandards and pro-actively solve customer concerns. Job responsibilitiesalso include growing our existing customer base by upselling andcross-selling additional products and services, negotiating serviceagreement renewals and controlling inventory while workingprofessionally, safely and in compliance with driving and vehicleregulations. The vast majority of RSSRs work 4 days per week and noweekends. Job Requirements: Qualified candidates must meet allrequirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) fordriving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order tocomply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to theirfirst day of employment: - Have an active driver\'s license - Be atleast 21 years of age - Obtain a DOT medical certification - Providedocumentation regarding their previous employment All successfulcandidates will also possess: - The ability to meet the physicalrequirements of the position - A High School diploma, GED or MilitaryService - The ability to demonstrate a strong customer serviceorientation - Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environmentthat relies on teamwork to meet goals - A positive attitude, along withambition, organization and service spirit This is a rewardingopportunity!
