　　ATHOL Cylindrical Grinder Perform straight, step, tapered and formedgrinding operation on a wide variety of parts. Perform experimentalcenterless grinding operations. Instruct new operators. Occasionallywork with operators on difficult setups and make fine adjustments tomaintain required tolerances. Setups are exacting and difficult,especially in step and form grinding. Balance and mount wheel inmachine. Select proper speeds and feeds according to type and size ofmaterial. Dress wheel for all work. Tolerances close for size andconcentricity. Detect faulty operation or defective material and reportany unusual conditions to supervisor.
