　　3rd shiftrotor horizontal machinist sets up and operates the CNC (Complex NumericControl) horizontal boring and slotter machines in order to perform variousoperations on a variety of parts and components

　　How You’ll Make anImpact

　　Set up andoperate the CNC (Complex Numeric Control) horizontal boring and slottermachines in order to perform various operations on a variety of parts andcomponents.

　　Set up andoperates one or more of the following machines: Ingersoll CNC FloorType Horizontal Boring Mill, Giddings & Lewis CNC Floor TypeHorizontal Boring Mill, Giddings & Lewis CNC Travelling ColumnHorizontal Boring Mill, Ingersoll CNC Horizontal Slotting Machine, MazakCNC 5-axis machining center including setup cell and pallet tech, as well as various manual drills and Bridgeportmills.

　　Position isalso responsible for mentoring of employees in the Siemens ApprenticeProgram.

　　Work inother areas of the campus on other products as needed.

　　What You Bring

　　Must havehigh school diploma or equivalent

　　Need to have1-3 years of industrial-mechanical experience using CNC controls.

　　Require abasic knowledge of machine shop operations, together with the use ofcomplicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, various types ofprecision measuring instruments and/or the training generally applicablein this particular or specialized occupation

　　Ability toobtain fork truck and crane license. Prefer to have previous experience.

　　Must passmath competency / balancer exam.

　　Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
