　　Job Title: Principle Technical Program Manager

　　The ERP Development Organization is seeking experienced technical program managers with a comprehensive understanding of Software Quality Assurance Functional and Automation areas, preferably candidates possessing domain expertise in the ERP Financials domain. In the role of Technical Program Manager, your primary role will involve providing program and operational support for the Financials ERP Testing Team.Key Tasks and Responsibilities

　　Efficiently identify, track, and prioritize end-to-end testing and release activities, collaborating with cross-functional ERP teams to ensure the timely resolution of testing issues.

　　Take charge and execute the delivery of end-to-end release deliverables, ensuring the punctual release of ERP cloud releases.

　　Collaborate with the Operations/Release Team to actively engage in Bi-Weekly Sprint activities and provide executive leadership with comprehensive testing directions.

　　Provide technical leadership and guidance within the ERP testing community for automated testing excellence.

　　Clearly define project scope, objectives, and requirements, establish a timeline, allocate resources, and meticulously create a project plan outlining tasks and responsibilities

　　Comprehend the pain points, problems, and challenges encountered by automated test engineering teams, offering strategic technical direction to effectively address them and consequently improve overall quality and productivity.

　　Collaborate with SRE and Service Assurance to analyze customer experience and fleet data, along with new service and feature design documentation, in order to establish the functional scope for automated tests. This encompasses defining test data, seed databases, and configuring the test environment.

　　Provide status updates to senior management as required, through the use of dashboards, reports, emails or in-person meetings.

　　Partner with colleagues to implement standard processes, tools, dashboards, and metrics, to drive the success of testing initiatives.

　　Plan and support communication, including web sites, dashboards, video-conferencing and in-person meetings as appropriate.

　　Provide program support for ERP Global Testing Team

　　Skills and Qualifications

　　Excellent written and verbal technical communications with technical and non-technical peers, and at times, executive leadership, to collect requirements, describe software product features, and create / explain / defend technical designs and solutions.

　　Minimum of 10+ years of software testing and program management experience, with demonstrated knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build and release processes, continuous deployment, and test suite development and maintenance.

　　Develop coding standards, procedures, and methodology for automated testing, working with other internal QA leaders, as well as functional and technical architects, to identify and align on best practices, incorporating the latest industry tools and technologies.

　　Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

　　Demonstrated, advanced knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, functional and technical architecture, agile development practices and associated tools such as JIRA, knowledge of testing methodologies. Experience in QA is a plus.

　　Program management experience with development, deployment and production support of a Cloud-based solution on Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and/or OpenStack.

　　Demonstrated ability to lead, drive and coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.

　　Advanced organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with proven success in delivering results in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, communicating with all levels of management and individual contributor.

　　Knowledge of ERP application and cloud-based software

　　As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.
