Description
Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Care Management, the Care Management Supervisor oversees and supports the work of the agency’s Care Managers and ensures that services are provided to clients consistent with regulatory and programmatic standards, agency values, and best practices. The Care Management Supervisor works with the Director and the QA Coordinator to ensure that client outreach, eligibility, and acuity assessments, plans of care, and billable services are executed and documented appropriately, and that clients receive high quality, person-centered services in a supportive and affirming context. The Care Management Supervisor also facilitates linkages with other agency programs (such as Residential Treatment, Foster Care, and Preventive programs) and ensures that the work of Care Managers is coordinated with these programs in accordance with regulatory guidance, best practice, and the best interests of our clients.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field required.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field, OR a registered or licensed Nurse / Nurse Practitioner preferred.
At least three years’ experience in human services, health care, or a related field required, with supervisory experience in Health Homes or another Medicaid program strongly preferred.
Experience with billing and revenue cycle management in the health or behavioral health care field preferred.
Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills and project management ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work constructively and effectively with a diverse human services workforce.
Salary: $69,003 - $79,353.45 annually
