  Description

  The Manager, National Accounts will oversee the salon business for Smashbox and GlamGlow. The Manager will develop & pursue opportunities via advertising, corporate events, marketing, merchandising, inventory & sales analysis to ultimately increase brand awareness & grow sales profitably.

  Areas of Responsibility :

  Sales

  · Work with buyer and Director of National Accounts to drive sales growth and profitability omni channel.

  · Plan and execute all promotions and markdowns.

  Inventory & Sales Analysis

  · Review with the Planner stock to sales ratio in an effort to minimize out of stock in store.

  · Review with the planner planned/estimated returns for action on mitigating the returns.

  Samples & Marketing

  · Program Samples with retailer to drive return.

  · Work with buyer on potential corporate & in-store marketing opportunities (ex: contests, major retailer events etc…).

  · Partner with Marketing to plan social programming with retailers.

  Merchandising

  · Responsible for gondola productivity. Reviewing product assortment & sales to determine what gondola product changes will most positively impact sales.

  · Responsible for initiating all gondola updates and assortments.

  · Work with marketing & VM team to ensure all updates are executed in a timely manner and correspond with all advertised items.

  Communication

  · Initiate weekly conference calls with buyer and monthly conference calls to review all business opportunities and issues.

  · Create and send weekly/monthly recaps to include all pertinent info.

  Qualifications

  Qualifications

  · 5 years relevant work experience

  · Proven, successful sales track record

  · Self-motivated and flexible; able to adapt quickly to change

  · Able to build collaborative relationships and work cross functionally with sales, marketing, retail partners, demand planning

  · Excellent analytical skills

  · Must be proficient at Excel and Power Point

  · Strong presentation skills

  · Able to work from Culver City office and travel domestically when needed

  · Handle multiple projects simultaneously

  The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance

  and company results.
