　　Company Overview:

　　Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513-bed skilled Nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.

　　Duties/Responsibilities: • ADONs will develop, organize, and oversee the nursing administrative day to day functions of the nursing services department of two units approximately 120 beds.• Unit Managers will direct and supervise the clinical operations of a 60-bed unit• Provide leadership to the interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality care and services to residents of the facility.

　　Requirements/Qualifications:

　　Current New York State RN licensure

　　ACLS and/or CHPN preferred

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent Customer Service skill

　　New Graduates are welcome to apply No Experience necessary
