The Home Health Aide role is to ensure that our residents receive daily nursing care and activities of daily living. Home Health Aide Job Highlights: * 403(b) Retirement Plan; * Referral Bonuses! * Career scholarships; * Quality training, continuing career education and leadership programs; * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holiday & Sick Days) * Pay-In-Lieu of Benefits Pay: $21.00 per hour (eligible for Pay In Lieu at 24+ hours weekly) We offer the following set schedules: (1) Fulltime, Sunday - Thursday 8a-4p, 80 hours per pay period (2) Part Time, Saturdays 11pm-7am, 16 hours per pay period Required Qualifications: * Ability to read, write, carry out directions, and work independently. * Demonstrate dependability, tact, and ability to follow instructions. * Customer service oriented. * Possesses coordination and dexterity required to provide resident care skillfully. * Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation. Preferred Skills: * Experience in the long-term care setting preferred. * High school graduate or equivalent. * Reliable mode of transportation. Essentials: * Assist residents with activities of daily living. * Administer and/or assist with medication or treatments. * Document care or observations appropriately. * Assist with housekeeping tasks. * Able to serve meals to residents. * Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy. * Accurately utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.
