Responsibilities

Coordinates, supervises and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. Practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Input, extract, and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient centered medical home. Responsible for direct patient care, to include rooming, obtaining vitals, patient assessment education, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Greater than two years of RN experience

Completion of RN program

(1) AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State, and

(2) American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Pay Range

$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
