The 4\^th floor Inpatient unit is a fast-paced, 28-bed medicalsurgical unit that offers rewarding nursing opportunities at a Magnetdesignated hospital. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to: * Helpprovide high-quality, patient-centered care in a professionalenvironment that fosters and values collaboration, respect, anddiversity. * Join a team of remarkable nurses and have the opportunityto care for general care patients with a wide variety of medical andsurgical diagnoses. * Work in a collaborative environment, surroundedby state of the art technology, evidence-based practice and a stronginterdisciplinary team. * Participate in quality improvementinitiatives and lead practice changes. * Collaborate in thedevelopment, execution and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan ofcare. \"What makes working at East Madison Hospital in the Medical andSurgical unit so great is the staff that surround you. Work Experience: Minimum Six (6) months nursingexperience or current participant in UW Health\'s Nurse esidencyProgram with successful completion of the Nurse Residency Orientation onunit/similar unit. Preferred Relevant RN experience. Licenses andCertifications: Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in theState of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adoptedthe nurse licensure compact.
