Description

　　Robert Half is working with a client in Phoenix, AZ who is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. The person in this role will be expected to work onsite. Below are some of the responsibilities of the role.

　　• Expertise with invoicing, pricing, analysis, statements, has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles (preferred)

　　• Process and review invoices

　　• Handle pricing inquiries and discrepancies

　　• Conduct detailed analysis of vendor accounts

　　• Maintain positive vendor relationships

　　• Work with other departments

　　• Assist in basic accounting tasks and contribute to month-end closing processes

　　Requirements

　　• High school diploma or equivalent

　　• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist

　　• Proficient in invoicing processes and pricing analysis

　　• GAAPs
