　　DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Communications Partner , you will help plan and implement strategic communications plans for audiences on several HR-related messages, programs and policies. You will conduct research and analysis in addition to designing, revising, and executing communications that inform, educate, and inspire employees and stakeholders. You will report to the HR Communications Manager and help support change management and change communications.

　　Key Responsibilities* With guidance from the HR Communications Manager, support communication strategies and implement tactics for internal and external communications.* Collaborate with HR teams and functional leaders to support the most critical messaging.* Coordinate and consolidate all communications from HR to a variety of diverse audiences, applying the appropriate channel(s) for information to be received and acted upon.* Support employee communications activities of the company, including developing and producing ongoing print and electronic communications.* Use technology to improve our communications and amplify messaging.

　　Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field.* 5+ years of experience planning and developing communications strategies.* Demonstrated experience in a cross-functional work environment.* Proficiency in social media, presentation creation (visuals and graphic design), along with content development for Intranet sites is required.
