Preferred - Master\'s Degree in Nursing, NursingEducation, or related specialty. Work Experience: Minimum Three (3)years of relevant clinical nursing experience in a trauma, primary, orspecialty care setting. Preferred Clinical nursing experience in atrauma setting. Three (3) years of experience with orientation andeducation of nursing staff in a clinical setting. Pediatric traumanursing experience. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum RN Licensure inthe state of Wisconsin. Current American Heart Associationcertifications (BLS, PALS, ACLS) or may be obtained within the firstthree (3) months following hire. Emergency Nurses Associationcertification (TNCC) or may be obtained within the first three (3)months following hire. Preferred Certified for two (2) years in AmericanHeart Association certifications or Instructor Level achieved.
