　　Pay Rate: $21 an hour

　　Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm

　　This is a permanent position starting on day one.

　　This is a remote position, but you will need to train in-office for the 1st week.

　　What’s a typical day as a Part Time Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:

　　• Receiving inbound calls and emails regarding our client's product and services offerings. The phone lines are busy.

　　• Providing information and details to customers about products and services using internal and external resources

　　• Entering orders into the system

　　• Verifying and updating customer information as needed

　　• Managing inbound calls to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service

　　• Following up with customer requests via phone and email in a timely manner

　　• Participating in ongoing training for new products, processes, and services

　　Looking for a candidate who has strong PC and Technical skills

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have an Associate's Degree

　　• Have up to 3 years of related experience within a customer support center

　　• Are bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred but not required)

　　• Are able to prioritize work and understand the impacts on other team members

　　• Have a customer-centric mindset and are passionate about providing the highest level of customer service

　　• Have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

　　• Are quick-thinking and can act quickly when responding to stakeholder needs

　　• Are a team player and comfortable working in a team environment
