About RN, Case Manager

　　Works under the supervision of the Resource Management Director. Responsible for assuring that patient care is provided in a timely, cost-effective manner and for assuring timely/safe discharge planning. Qualifications include a current NC RN license; BSN preferred; at least 2 years experience in a health care environment; previous experience in hospital case management and infection control preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organizational skills; diplomacy, tact, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
