Job Title: IT Operations Coordinator

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000/year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours

Position Summary:
Are you passionate about helping technical teams deliver value? Do you have experience
assisting with the management of daily IT activities and administrative tasks? As an IT
Operations Coordinator at Vibrant Emotional Health, leaders in mental health innovation and
suicide prevention, you will contribute as a key part of the IT team in performing the daily
functions and meeting project deadlines pertaining to initiatives – large and small – that impact
health, wellness, and suicide prevention for tens of thousands of people.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Assisting with handling and fulfilling IT software and hardware requests
● IT account auditing
● IT hardware troubleshooting
● Basic Office 365 user account creation and maintenance
● Basic Office 365 distribution list maintenance
● Handling IT expenses and processing invoices - gathering packing lists and purchase
orders, preparing them for review / payment
● Performing administrative tasks that are key to delivery of IT initiatives and services such
as creating and formatting Office documents, scheduling meetings and handling
organization communications.
● Providing standardized breakdowns for recurring invoices, coordinating with other
Vibrant administrative resources for resolution and payment
● Assisting with IT projects as needed
Qualifications:
● High school diploma/GED required
● 2-5 years experience in an administrative role preferably related to IT
● Basic understanding of the work that IT does related to support and development
● Experience with IT procurement a plus
● Familiarity with IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, etc.)
● Excellent communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Intermediate skill level in Excel (formulas, lookup tables, etc.)
● Ability to multitask and prioritize
● Great attention to detail
