  POSITION SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS:

  We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our 10 bed Cardiac Medical Unit in Nampa, Idaho.

  About this Position : RNs working on the Cardiac Medical Unit will care for patients who need additional observation to rule out chest pains or outpatient status patients. It is a fast-paced, independent work environment with strong leadership and great opportunities for career growth and advanced training.

  On CMU there are opportunities to get exposure to the Cath Lab as well as cardiac experience since both teams work very closely together.

  Schedule: Part Time Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per two weeks. 7pm to 7am.

  This position is eligible for a $4,500 sign on bonus and a generous relocation assistance package depending on location! In addition, we offer competitive wages, charge nurse and shift differentials

  WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  Provides professional nursing care in collaboration with members of the health care team in the ongoing assessment, planning and treatment of patients and families.

  Utilizes resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

  In addition to providing hands-on nursing care, works and serves in a broad range of capacities including, but not limited to, delegation, assessment, planning of care and treatment, teaching of the patient and the patient’s family.

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  Must be licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.

  Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units,unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk or Heart & Stroke BLS Certificate required.

  ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
