Experience as a manager or assistant manager is strongly preferred.Solid leadership skills, including the ability to coach and develop others.A proven strong customer service mindset, and the ability to develop that in others.Proficiency with general computer applications, such as POS systems and Microsoft Office.Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team.A valid driver's license and adequate transportation for banking and fuel surveys.The RoleYou will be responsible for overall operations of a nomnom branded store, and ensure that the store meets performance objectives and serves customers' needs. You'll also supervise and develop store employees, which may include an Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Associates. Some locations also have Food Service Associates.You'll have responsibilities in the four main areas below, but no two days will be the same.
