　　Position Highlights

　　Develops and maintains key credit strategies and oversight in credit portfolio risk practices

　　Predicts the level of credit risk, develops policies and procedures used to evaluate and control credit risk, and maximizes profit potential and credit quality for CPS products

　　Develops, builds and maintains the analytical framework and support systems for account management

　　Reviews and completes credit assessments of individual clients identifying early indicators of potential loss

　　Manages and coordinates risk management projects involving credit, industry, systems and applications

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

　　Five to seven years of related experience

　　Preferred Skills and Experience

　　Commercial credit underwriting experience

　　Ability to conduct extensive credit analyses/underwriting including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all type of credit information on existing customers

　　Advanced knowledge of risk management associated with the assigned product lines

　　Thorough knowledge of lending, credit analysis and administration

　　Strong analytical skills relative to evaluating asset utilization and goals

　　Strong project management and strategic planning skills

　　Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

　　Strong PC skills and computer support system knowledge

　　The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00
