GENERAL PURPOSE

　　Performs evaluations and develops effective patient treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing outpatient and home health care. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.

　　Position: Speech Language Pathologist - SLP

　　Pay range for Casual: $33.76 thru $67.50 an hour

　　Hours: PRN, no weekends/no evenings

　　Setting: Assisted and Independent Living Community

　　Location: El Dorado Estates, El Dorado Hills, CA

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Graduate from Speech-Language Pathology program

　　Current license or ability to obtain as Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice

　　Previous experience in outpatient, preferred

　　Must meet Clinical Competency requirements

　　Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
