This is a Revit position within the Mechanical Space - open to ALL LEVELS of experience (multiple hires)

　　Description:

　　• Creating constructible, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, and Process Piping Models.

　　• Interfacing with and supporting the project teams. This includes project management, field supervision, fabrication teams, and field installation teams.

　　• Attending coordination meetings with clients.

　　• Collaborating with architects, MEP Engineers, and other trade disciplines.

　　• Preparing signed-off models for fabrication spooling.

　　• Preparing shop drawings to aid the field with installation.

　　• Creation of TFL files for field layout

　　• Aiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed

　　• Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services.

　　Skills:

　　Revit, detailing, Mechanical, Piping, navisworks

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　experience in producing Revit models and collaborating with other disciplines within Navisworks.

　　• Experience reading and interpreting Construction Documents

　　• Experience with BIM Coordination process

　　• Able to meet customer deadlines/requirements

　　• Oral and written communication skills

　　• Knowledge of design and/or construction processes

　　• Exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles.

　　• Possess organizational/time management skills and a “whatever it takes” attitude with the abilities to multi-task several projects at one time.

　　• Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services.

　　Experience Level:

　　Entry - Intermediate Level
