Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow-up with creative agency and social media agency to ensure weekly social media content and brand KPI performance reports are delivered within timeline.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Compile industry trends and competitive analysis on brand campaigns.

Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Supports the execution of events, brand campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Assist with brand reporting, slides presentation and monthly social media audit.

Assist to proof-read copy, scripts and review marketing / event collaterals for both online and offline channels.

What we are looking for

Pursuing or recently completed diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.

Minimum of 3 months internship and able to start immediately (March till June 2025)

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Digitally savvy with a keen interest in social media platforms

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience in design software and video editing (eg. Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus

Ability to read / write Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
