Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SV Hotel AG. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

– Daily revenue maximization through yielding of the hotel portfolios in Switzerland and Germany, including regular forecasts and reports

– Analyzing future and historical data from various business reports to ensure optimal price positioning in all segments and distribution channels

– Developing and implementing effective pricing and sales strategies in compliance with brand standards

– Utilize all tools to position the hotels against the competition in terms of pricing, local market dynamics and demand generators

– Promote a revenue management culture within the hotel team to drive overall growth

– Completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry, business or commercial sector

– At least 1 year of experience in a revenue management position (preferably in the hotel or airline industry)

– Analytical and accurate mindset, in a team of 7 international colleagues.

– Knowledge of hotel / RM systems (Channel Manager / RMS / PMS / GDS), as well as business and market intelligence tools, Marriott systems an advantage

– English is a must in spoken and written; German a highly appreciated plus
