We are currently searching for a Sales Operations Business Analyst .
This is a remote position with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Responsibilities:
Systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative.
Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers. Performs a range of assignments with different levels of complexities.
Continually be looking for opportunities to improve current processes and develop new data analysis processes to help grow sales and revenue.
Partner with cross functional teams to resolve data challenges identified through sales analysis.
Assist with the contract process to ensure complete and timely submission of critical data and terms through each phase of the sales process.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
Minimum of 1 year as a business or data analyst
Have experience working with large sets of data in Excel.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – ability to translate large amounts of data, facts and figures into usable reports/understandable documents.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MS Office applications with intermediate knowledge and experience with data analysis and reporting tools including Excel, PowerBI and Salesforce.com.
Ability to work independently.
Skills and experience that would be nice to have but not required:
Working knowledge of GPO industry
Practical understanding of sales processes to provide effective data insights
