  Job Description

  Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and mentorship to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that follow Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

  Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

  6+ years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

  Responsibilities

  The Revenue Cycle Architect is a member of the Implementation Project team providing consistent high quality solution leadership. The position is the primary liaison to the Client, Oracle Cerner leadership, and the assigned Revenue Cycle consultants assigned to the engagement for all Revenue Cycle products/solutions, and the Clinically Driven Revenue Cycle supporting workflows, data gathering, and solution designs.

  Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle Cerner solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard methodologies, product knowledge, and discernment. Exercises judgment and business sense in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and optimally influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

  6+ years of experience relevant to this position including 3 years of consulting experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

  Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

  US: Hiring Range: from $24.86 to $60.63 per hour; from $51,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  11 paid holidays

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
